PLANO PS aluminum profile for drywall

The PS Plano baseboard, made of aluminum, is available in two heights (70 and 100 mm), in both powder coated and anodized finishes, and is suitable for applications of plasterboard panels directly into walls. The profile, which has multiple installation heights and panel thicknesses, is easy to apply using FIXXTEC, the specific adhesive in a cartridge, or by fixing with screws. The innovative geometry makes it particularly suitable for applications where a certain amount of space is required for the perimeter joint, while containing the curvature at the bottom to a minimum in order to maintain a clean appearance in the lines. The front panel also facilitates the possible placement of LED strips, should they be required by the designer.

Skirting BI - double interlocking aluminium skirting "Bicolour Design"

Aluminium or PVC wall skirting boards fixed with glue, screws or invisible nails. It is easy to install for an elegant and lasting finish. The profile contoured ends give a snug fit on the wall covering over the bottom perimeter along the dilation gap joint ensuring necessary expansion movement to the floor.
A two-part skirting consisting of a silver anodised aluminium base with decorative top section. The base section fixes directly to the wall (with mechanical or adhesive fixing) and allows the concealment of low voltage cables, in addition to offering durability and resistance from damp. The top section is available in a range of wood and metal effect decorative finishes and clips in to the base, covering the fixing.

Interlocking in Aluminium / Aluminium and Aluminium / Wood Bicolour effect.

RAL Powder Coating available on request minimum order 200 metres.

The base, available only in silver finish is conceived to match both the aluminium and the solid wood TOPS. Available junctions and end plugs in synthetic resin Silver colour.

The top section interlocks with the fixing base in silver anodised aluminium. This skirting board composed of two separate elements allows creation of a totally innovative dual coloured effect.

Installation Guidelines:
- screw of glue the base to the wall
- place the provided seal into the semicircular gap every 40cm
- insert the finishing top

BFZ

Plano BFZ is a construction profile that allows to realize a flush with wall skirting board with the same material used for flooring. In the lower part there are grooves, designed to allow the interlocking of a linear profile, positioned at the desired height based on the thickness of the floor above. It will therefore determine the reference point for calculating the height of doors and windows.

PLANO BF - The Plano Design range has been developed to be installed as part of the wall, giving a fully coordinated finish to both the wall and floor and becoming an integral element of the design.‎ The base of the system is built into the wall structure, being fitted with the plaster and plasterboard (drywall) for a flush finish.‎ The decorative finishing profile then fixes to the base, creating a seamless effect.‎ The interlocking finishing profile can be adjusted up to 5 mm in height to allow for slight undulations in the floor.‎ Patented system Plano Design

Plano BFW

Designed to be used with plasterboard, these profiles allow a flush finish with wall skirting boards and, in some cases, with the same material used for flooring.

Plano BF is a patented integrated to wall skirting board, consisting of a support piece and a finishing (interlocking) piece in wood or aluminium. The profile, which remains invisible, acts as a support that allows the gluing of the skirting board element and is compatible with the most common plasterboard sections.‎

Available in 3 styles. The PLANO BFW 1000/130 skirting board has a groove at the end of laying that allows the application of a LED strip.‎

Drywall is the most commonly used material in modern residential and commercial construction. PLANO PS130, a new, one-of-a-kind profile elegantly finishes drywall ceiling and wall installations. Its discreet, 33/64''x33/64'' (13x13mm) profile section perfectly edges drywall panels, becoming a minimalist design feature. At the floor level, the profile connects with the PLANO DESIGN BF baseboard for a fully integrated installation. The result is a profile that leaves a small gap of negative space, almost suspending the wall in mid-air.
